Police:
Marion and I are dedicated to providing you with the best services available. However, if for some reason the product that you purchased from us didn't work out for you, we will happily and promptly refund your money.

It couldn't be any simpler than that. Neither of us would want to pay for something that we couldn't use. We don't expect you to have to either.
